- Relevant post-graduate tertiary qualifications in Health Information Management, Information Technology or a related discipline and/or relevant experience.
- Clinical or laboratory based experience in clinical cell therapy or bone marrow/stem cell transplantation within the public health system.
- Capacity to manage and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in the development of projects and monitor the achievement of targets and deadlines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to produce high quality reports and advice involving high level spoken and written English skills.
- Knowledge of and experience in quality management including the implementation of quality improvements, quality processes and audit systems especially in the context of clinical care.
- Knowledge of the principles of effective data collection, management and interrogation with an understanding of data quality assurance and experience with quality management programs such as Q pulse or similar.
- Proven conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyse data and interpret information from different sources.
