Bone Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapies (BMTCT) Program Quality Officer

1. Relevant post-graduate tertiary qualifications in Health Information Management, Information Technology or a related discipline and/or relevant experience.
2. Clinical or laboratory based experience in clinical cell therapy or bone marrow/stem cell transplantation within the public health system.
3. Capacity to manage and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in the development of projects and monitor the achievement of targets and deadlines.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to produce high quality reports and advice involving high level spoken and written English skills.
5. Knowledge of and experience in quality management including the implementation of quality improvements, quality processes and audit systems especially in the context of clinical care.
6. Knowledge of the principles of effective data collection, management and interrogation with an understanding of data quality assurance and experience with quality management programs such as Q pulse or similar.
7. Proven conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyse data and interpret information from different sources.
