  1. Relevant qualifications or recent workplace experience in biological sciences and/or IT e.g. Biomedical Science/Pathology and/or Relevant IT Tertiary / post graduate qualifications.
  2. Demonstrated experience with LIMS, experience in Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerApps and PowerBI.
  3. Excellent oral and written communication skills, organisational and relationship management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups as demonstrated by extensive experience writing manuscripts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies and procedures and communicating them to stakeholders.
  4. Demonstrated understanding of project management and project life cycle, experience working on projects.
  5. Ability to problem solve, prioritise workload and meet deadlines, both autonomously and within a team in an environment with minimal supervision.
  6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a demonstrable commitment to provide high quality customer focused services.
  7. Demonstrated high level technical expertise and experience in data systems and management, data integrity, data extraction and analysis, activity and performance report creation, and benchmarking.
