The Opportunity
NSW Health is looking for an experienced Associate Director to lead the delivery of Supply Chain Operations services across Health Agencies. In this senior role, you will manage procurement, product management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution, ensuring efficient, timely, and customer-focused service delivery. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage change, and align services with NSW Health policies and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have senior management experience in complex, customer-oriented supply chain organizations. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to develop strategic plans, foster relationships, and deliver operational goals. You will be responsible for guiding teams, driving performance, and providing strategic advice to ensure the success of NSW Health’s Supply Chain Operations.
