- Please indicate if you are currently studying a Bachelor of Midwifery and have completed 12 months or more of an undergraduate Midwifery degree.
- Please indicate where you have completed acute clinical placements as a part of your undergraduate midwifery degree.
- Please demonstrate how you communicate effectively with both written and verbal communication skills and incorporating your effective interpersonal skills.
- Please indicate your facility preference.
