Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as, Engineering, Asset Management, Maintenance, Manufacturing, and/or Heavy Industry and/or equivalent experience.
- Eligibility for professional accreditation(s) such as Certified Senior Practitioner (CSAM), Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or relevant equivalent accreditation.
- Demonstrated experience in the development, management and compliance of an asset management system in accordance with ISO 55001.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills, including those skills required to work effectively within a matrix organisation.
- Advanced understanding of data analysis, lifecycle modelling, and reporting.
- Demonstrated financial management capability with respect to Asset Management and business unit performance.
