Ambulatory Care Manager (Clinical Psychologist, Health Clinician Level 5 or Nurse Unit Manager Level 2) - The Langton Centre

Selection Criteria

1. Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia or Relevant qualification in Counselling or Social Worker in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award. Or Full Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA), with Endorsement in relevant Area of Practice, along with a minimum two-year full-time accredited postgraduate Masters or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Clinical Neuropsychology or Forensic Psychology.
2. Relevant management tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience with a demonstrated commitment to professional development.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience in the management and delivery of health care services.
4. Proven ability in innovative clinical service delivery, harm minimisation and practice development.
5. Demonstrated ability to implement and manage projects to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
6. Effective interpersonal and communication skills that demonstrate the ability to engage, enable and manage teams.
7. Proven ability to create and maintain a positive workplace culture and articulate and achieve a vision for drug and alcohol clinical services.
