Tertiary qualification & current registration with AHPRA in nursing.
Demonstrated post graduate experience working with older people in an acute or community setting.
Demonstrated ability to work independently & in an effective manner encompassing appropriate initiative, organisational, problem solving & time management skills.
Proven written and verbal commutation skills including demonstrated computer literacy.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as function as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
Understanding or experience in the health & functional support needs of older people and their careers in the community setting.
Current Drivers licence (minimum class C) valid within Australia & demonstrated and competent driving ability/ experience.
Current working with children’s check and aged care check.
