Selection Criteria:

  1. Being of Aboriginal &/or Torres Strait Islander descent is a genuine occupational qualification for this position under Section 14 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW). Being female is a genuine occupational qualification for this position as described under Section 31 of the Anti-Discrimination Act, 1977 (NSW).
  2. Experience of responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment
  3. Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  4. Demonstrated commitment to providing quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures
  5. Ability to use computer hardware, software applications and electronic systems at a basic level in accordance with policy and procedure
  6. Demonstrated ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding environment
  7. Demonstrated flexibility when dealing with clients and maintaining confidentiality at all times
  8. Current NSW driver's licence and willingness to travel.
