Selection Criteria:
- Being of Aboriginal &/or Torres Strait Islander descent is a genuine occupational qualification for this position under Section 14 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW). Being female is a genuine occupational qualification for this position as described under Section 31 of the Anti-Discrimination Act, 1977 (NSW).
- Experience of responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to providing quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures
- Ability to use computer hardware, software applications and electronic systems at a basic level in accordance with policy and procedure
- Demonstrated ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding environment
- Demonstrated flexibility when dealing with clients and maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Current NSW driver's licence and willingness to travel.
