Please note that throughout the recruitment process you will be assessed against the following criteria:

Previous administration experience working for a complex organisation.

Demonstrated customer service focus with a proactive and responsive approach to enquiries whilst understanding the need to maintain confidentiality.

Proven experience and skills in working both independently and collaboratively, making a positive contribution within a fast paced team environment.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to establish positive working relationships with staff at all levels and with external stakeholders.

Proven ability to work in a high volume and demanding environment with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Demonstrated proficiency in organisation and administration with the ability to maintain high level of accuracy and efficiency to meet deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to follow procedural guidelines.

Demonstrated proficient computer skills with experience using MS Office programs, HRIS and other database systems.
