Selection Criteria

  1. Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding work environment
  2. Experience responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment
  3. High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  4. Demonstrated commitment to providing quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures
  5. Ability to use computer hardware, software applications and electronic systems at a basic level in accordance with policy and procedure
  6. Experience working with electronic patient information systems
  7. Ability and willingness to travel within the Local Health District, when required
