Essential Criteria:
Qualification: Relevant qualifications in health-related field (health promotion, population health, education, allied health or other relevant field).
Registration: AHPRA registered

Selection Criteria:

Relevant qualifications in health-related field (health promotion, population health, education, allied health or other relevant field).

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in implementing group programs and/or delivering education programs. Previous experience in physical activity and exercise/or program delivery is desirable.

Understanding of and experience in working with older people, and of issues that impact on service delivery in relation to social disadvantage, Aboriginal and CALD communities.

Demonstrated capacity to establish and maintain partnerships with community, government and business organisations and agencies.

Demonstrated experience in project planning, implementation, evaluation and dissemination of best practice interventions (especially in the area of falls prevention among older people) and report on the outcomes of the project.

Demonstrated experience in working as part of a team with effective organisational skills, problem solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Excellent computer, negotiation and high level written and verbal communication skills (including the ability to conduct public presentations and facilitate groups).

Valid Class C Drivers’ Licence
