About the role
In this senior role, you’ll oversee the delivery of high quality specialist clinical services in alignment with NSW Health policies, including:
- Coordinating SAS and VAN services, including the VAN on call model
- Providing high level clinical supervision, consultation, and support
- Leading service development, innovation and performance
- Working closely with the Priority Populations Program and external partners including NSW Police, DCJ, NGOs and Aboriginal-led organisations
- Contributing to statewide policy, planning and strategic initiatives

Employment type: Part Time Temporary (until 9 March 2027, with possibility of extension)
Position classification: Snr Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Senior Psychologist, Social Worker – Level 5
Renumeration: $123,974.00 - $152,992.00 per annum, pro rata (+ super +17.5% leave loading where applicable)
Hours per week: Up to 18.5

What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualification with registration or professional peak body eligibility.
- Critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making ability.
- Advanced leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Extensive experience in a similar or related role.
