How to Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  1. This is Aboriginal Identified role. Describe how your lived experience as an Aboriginal person has informed your approach to health/social needs assessments of Aboriginal children, adults or communities. 
  2. Has completed or working towards a minimum Certificate IV qualification in Aboriginal Primary Health Care or a Certificate IV Health qualification in the area of care in which the Aboriginal Health Worker works, or demonstrated relevant experience.
  3. Provide an example of how you have been able to incorporate cultural practices into service provision.  These could include but not limited to: painting, art, dance, storytelling, music, weaving, artefacts, cultural healing or ceremony.
  4. Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
