Selection Criteria:
- Healthcare professional with extensive and relevant experience in project management.
- Evidence of developing and implementing health related training as well as developing, reviewing and maintaining a local plan that aligns with stakeholder expectations for a large health organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to guide, inform and educate internal stakeholders
- Proven conceptual, analytical, problem solving and planning skills and the ability to apply them in the development of policy and implementation of strategies related to disaster coordination and response.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in risk management and risk mitigation
- Highly developed written communication skills, with excellent verbal skill that facilitate successful negotiation with internal and external stakeholders
- Current driver’s licence and the ability to travel around the WSLHD and state as required
