Are you a working parent looking for school hours? Or perhaps studying and needing flexibility with hours and days to study. Our workforce team have an exciting opportunity for a temporary role to support a small cohesive unit in providing support to managers and Workforce staff in the maintenance of the StaffLink HRIS system to ensure accurate employee records. In addition, you will assist with quality reports and other employee and system-related audits.
This role is temporary for up to 6 months however with an ever growing team and workforce we always have new and exciting opportunities opening up.

Our Workforce Office is based at Waratah Campus within the Newcastle region. HNE Waratah Campus is the main hub for a variety of departments including Human Resources, Recruitment, Finance, Procurement and Work Health & Safety. About you
Our successful candidate will possess:
- Previous experience working in or sound knowledge of HR transactional processes (including electronic recruitment or HR Information Systems) and/or other relevant administrative experience.
- The ability to work in a high volume and demanding environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Be able to learn, understand and interpret new information related to industrial employment awards and agreements, policies, and guidelines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work as part of the team with a capacity to be flexible, motivated, and responsive in delivering services to a diverse variety of stakeholders.
