About the Opportunity

We’re entering an exciting phase of growth and evolution, and we’re looking for someone ready to be part of a dynamic, newly formed team. With a refreshed focus, strong support from leadership, and a positive team culture (including morning tea catch-ups!), this is an energising time to join us.
Following internal career progressions, we now have a unique opportunity in a high-impact role where you can help shape the future of our service. You’ll be supported by an engaged Associate Director, with a well-structured orientation and onboarding experience to ensure you're set up for success from day one.
You'll work across a broad and diverse patch, managing complex legal and workplace injury issues, supporting the reintegration of injured employees, and turning policy into real-world outcomes.
This role is not only about operational delivery, it’s about building a narrative, making a difference, and contributing to meaningful change.
While challenges come with change and transformation, you’ll be backed by a leadership team committed to collaboration, innovation, and tangible results.

About You

You’re a confident and capable professional who thrives in autonomy and complexity. With a natural ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders, you bring both creativity and pragmatism to your work.

You are:

  • Solutions-focused  - You find ways forward when others hear “no”, thinking creatively to overcome barriers.
  • Challenger of the status quo - You’re confident in pushing back and advocating for better approaches when needed.
  • Strategic communicator - You can influence others, shape narratives, and bring people on board with your ideas.
  • Autonomous - You’re comfortable working independently across a large area and back your own judgement.
  • Empathetic and people-centred - You genuinely care about helping injured workers return to work and do so with dignity and support.

If you’re ready to be part of a forward-thinking team that genuinely impacts lives, and if you value leadership that listens and empowers, we’d love to hear from you.

Benefits

  • Enjoy a better balance with Monthly Allocated Days Off and 4 weeks of annual leave  because time to recharge matters.
  • Support when it counts – Access paid parental leave for eligible employees, helping you juggle career and family with confidence.
  • Boost your take-home pay with generous Salary packaging options – up to $11,600 annually, plus novated leasing for even more savings.
