Hawkesbury District Health Service is a teaching hospital in Windsor NSW, providing acute, community and allied health services for the local community and surrounding districts. The service provides 24-hour emergency, medical, surgical, diagnostic, maternity, neonatal, paediatric, palliative, intensive and coronary care services.

 

This position is responsible for transporting patients and items throughout the hospital and providing assistance to patients within the clinical setting. Services must be performed in a courteous and efficient manner with particular attention to customer service. What you will bring to the role 

  1. Able to demonstrate a good understanding of customer service
  2. Ability to work Mornings, Evenings & Night duty shifts, across a 7 day week roster
  3. Able to demonstrate problem solving an prioritisation skills in a work environment
  4. Be able to meet the physical demands of the position as listed in the physical requirements in the position description
  5. Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
  6. Able to demonstrate a reasonable understanding of work health and safety
  7. Current driver's licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel
