Our Endoscopy Unit is seeking to engage a Sterilisation Technician to join their team. The Sterilisation Technician will be involved in the preparation, storage, and workings in Endoscopy. This includes the distribution of Endoscopes and other equipment. The successful incumbents will be trained and educated to enable them to correctly undertake each step in the process.

What you will bring to the role

  1. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment and problem solve
  2. Sterilising services certificate and experience working in a hospital sterilisation department
  3. Sound knowledge and demonstrated experience in ability to work in a busy environment keeping to a tight time frame
  4. Knowledge and understanding of ISO/Australian Standards and GENCA Infection control guidelines
