About the role
Join our dedicated multidisciplinary team, providing compassionate care to oncology patients and their families. You'll play a vital role in supporting individuals through their cancer journey, advocating for their needs, and ensuring a smooth transition through the healthcare system and beyond discharge.
This role offers a diverse caseload, working primarily in Oncology while also supporting other areas of the hospital as needed. You'll contribute to a collaborative, patient-centred approach, ensuring social work expertise is embedded in multidisciplinary care. With comprehensive orientation, clinical supervision, and peer support, you'll be well-equipped to thrive in this rewarding role.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Social Work or eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
