As a Senior Engineer – ServiceNow, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions. You will take the lead of technical squads, ensure the successful build, operation, and continual enhancement of products and services while aligning with strategic roadmaps and organisational priorities.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow roadmap initiatives, balancing business needs, technical design, and risk management.
- Drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions and platform enhancements.
- Guide agile delivery teams by refining, sizing, and delivering user stories through development ceremonies.
- Ensure platform security, stability, and performance through governance, testing standards, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Champion technical excellence by sharing knowledge, mentoring others, and promoting emerging technologies and best practices.

About You
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
- Extensive experience designing, building, and supporting ServiceNow solutions within a complex enterprise environment, supported by relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of modern ICT delivery and operational practices, including DevOps, Agile, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and integrations that improve business processes, user experience, and service outcomes.
