Join the Team
We are looking for multiple Associate Support Engineers to join our Technology Platform Support team at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through systems support, maintenance, reporting, and other project activities – ensuring smooth operations of level 2 support services. 

This role offers the opportunity to support health care services across NSW, ensuring patient care is delivered smoothly and without disruption. This is the perfect opportunity to gain experience across various products, developing technical skills for a career pathway into engineering.

In this role, you will:

  • Perform system monitoring, maintenance, and reporting ensuring system performance meets user demand. 
  • Evaluate and document processes to reduce operational risk and improve availability of support systems, ensuring reliable and consistent procedures to reduce risk of unplanned outages. 
  • Participate in Systems Incident, Change, and Event Management activities in line with NSW Health methodologies, while assisting eHealth teams, LHD, and service desk personnel. 
  • Establish collaborative and influential relationships with stakeholders and customers, whilst contributing to a constructive workplace culture.

About You
You’ll be someone who:

  • Provide Level 2 systems support in a large and complex enterprise environment. 
  • Manage competing priorities while maintaining a strong customer focus. 
  • Monitor and optimise system performance and operational practices. 
  • Drive continuous improvement through incident, change, and event management activities. 
  • Enhance service reliability, stability, and user experience through proactive problem solving.
