With your skills and experience, you can contribute to the millions of ways we're enriching health, and develop your career as part of the largest health organisation in Australia.

Achieve Something Great
This newly established Senior Physiotherapist (Level 3) role offers a unique opportunity to join the Macarthur Older Persons Specialty Service (MOPSS), a specialist multidisciplinary aged care outreach team based at Campbelltown and Camden Hospitals. You will deliver advanced, patient‑centred physiotherapy to older adults recently discharged from hospital, supporting safe transitions of care and improved functional outcomes.

Working across community, inpatient and outpatient settings, you will provide expert clinical care focused on reducing falls risk and functional decline, while also leading service development, evaluation and quality improvement initiatives. This role offers genuine scope to influence practice and contribute to the ongoing growth of specialist aged care services within the Macarthur region.

Are You the Right Fit?
You are an experienced senior physiotherapist with strong expertise in managing complex aged care patients in community‑based settings. You bring advanced clinical reasoning and problem‑solving skills, with a strong focus on patient safety, risk management and delivering high‑quality care in home environments.

You thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams and have proven ability to case manage patients, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships with hospital and community care providers. If you’re looking for a senior role where you can combine clinical excellence with leadership and service improvement, this position offers a rewarding next step.
