Achieve Something Great
Step into a senior paediatric physiotherapy role where your expertise will make a real difference across a broad range of clinical settings. As a Level 4 Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist, you’ll provide advanced care across the Special Care Nursery, paediatric ward, and outpatient clinics, supporting infants, children, and families with complex and diverse needs. This is an opportunity to work at the top of your scope while delivering high quality, evidence based care.
You’ll play a key leadership role by supervising and mentoring paediatric physiotherapists and students, while also leading service development, evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives. Your work will help shape paediatric physiotherapy services, strengthen clinical excellence, and improve outcomes for young patients across the service.
Are You the Right Fit?
We’re looking for a highly experienced paediatric physiotherapist with extensive clinical expertise across diverse caseloads, including preterm, orthopaedics, neurology, and musculoskeletal conditions. You bring strong clinical judgement, creative thinking, and problem solving skills, along with experience leading and managing physiotherapy teams.
The ideal candidate thrives on collaboration and is passionate about developing networks, promoting teamwork, and delivering high quality, family centred care. If you enjoy combining advanced clinical practice with leadership, mentoring, and service development, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in paediatric care.
