About you:
- As the successful applicant you will have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, be outcome-driven and passionate about problem-solving to find new ways of addressing business challenges.
- You are able to facilitate quality, detailed analysis on multiple pieces of work at the same time – effectively managing relationships and priorities as required and with a passion for business improvements and facilitating effective change.
- Ensure efficient and effective client support, issue resolution and network planning/development across HNE Health.
- Provide customer-focused user support and be aware of when to escalate issues when appropriate.
- Assist other IT&T groups in remote sites as required and directed.
