About the role:
The role is focused on the successful operation of network infrastructure, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of the network infrastructure which may include designing, installation, monitoring and maintenance of the organisation’s ICT network and associated hardware and software which underpins the department’s IT systems ensuring operational excellence.

Sky Central Charlestown is located 15 minutes south of Newcastle, NSW. Boasting stunning beaches, a gorgeous coastline, NSW’s largest Lake and beautiful architecture. Two hours’ drive north of Sydney and a great connection with other capital cities via flights you will have the facilities of a large city with the community of a big country town.



About you:

  • As the successful applicant you will have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, be outcome-driven and passionate about problem-solving to find new ways of addressing business challenges.
  • You are able to facilitate quality, detailed analysis on multiple pieces of work at the same time – effectively managing relationships and priorities as required and with a passion for business improvements and facilitating effective change.
  • Ensure efficient and effective client support, issue resolution and network planning/development across HNE Health.
  • Provide customer-focused user support and be aware of when to escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Assist other IT&T groups in remote sites as required and directed.
