With TWO opportunities available, we are seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Acute Care Team within the Hunter Valley Community! We will also consider job-share arrangements.
Permanent part-time - 18 hours per week
Temporary full-time until May 2026 - 38 hours per week

As an experience clinician, you will join our dynamic team to provide high-quality intensive community care to clients. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, short-term interventions aimed at improving client outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and risk assessments for patients
- Work autonomously and as part of an MDT to deliver high-quality care
- Participate in reviews and meetings as required to review patient outcomes
- Provide intensive, evidence-based short-term interventions
- Utilise software programs to track progress, document care, and ensure continuity of care
- Can work autonomously and manage a diverse caseload of patients with varying needs.
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with patients, families, and a variety of health professionals
- Is comfortable working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Is committed to providing compassionate care and working closely with patients and their families to achieve the best outcomes
