- Drive the embedding of person-centred care across the SCI continuum in NSW, ensuring alignment with best practices and patient needs.
- Identify gaps in current services and develop innovative solutions to enhance care pathways for individuals with SCI.
- Apply principles of change management and implementation science to build clinician commitment and sustain long-term improvements.

What you will be doing
The position is a strategic role contributing to the embedding person-centred care across the continuum of care for people with a SCI (Spinal Cord Injury) in NSW. The position involves identifying service gaps, applying behaviour support techniques to empower clinicians in adopting evidence-based practices, and driving local-level change. By leveraging principles of change management, implementation science, and project management, the role fosters commitment, sustains motivation, and delivers meaningful outcomes. Additionally, it involves evaluating initiatives and reporting on their effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement in SCI care.

Remuneration: $127,150.00 – $144,444.00 per annum excluding Superannuation

Selection Criteria
- Clinical qualifications in Allied Health or Nursing with knowledge about SCI.
- Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care principles and their application.
- Understanding of adult learning principles.
- Ability to work effectively with clinicians, healthcare providers, policymakers, and advocacy groups to foster commitment and drive meaningful changes
