Employment Type: Health Manager Level 4 – Full Time Exempt (Until April 2027 with a possibility of extension)
Remuneration: $147,653.00 - $175,917.00 per annum, plus 12% superannuation

About the Opportunity
Manage, implement, monitor and coordinate the delivery of Reporting for Better Cancer Outcomes (RBCO) reports, system engagement activities, quality and performance improvement program strategies, activities and infrastructure. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and the broader health community to ensure the program contributes to reducing the impact of cancer across NSW in alignment with the NSW Cancer Plan.
Essential Requirements
- Experience managing complex projects within the health sector, with quality and performance improvement objectives and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Understanding and experience in the health system, and capacity to critically appraise research and interpret clinical and population health data and information.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, consultation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in health and relevant understanding and experience working within the NSW Health system or other health systems.

- Please describe your leadership and people management skills and experience when working in complex environments with everchanging priorities.
- Provide an example of a complex health program you have managed and led successfully to completion. Describe how your skills contributed to the program’s success and achieving health system change, and how you led the team to deliver on this program. Highlight any challenges and how you overcame them.
