3. Experience in resolving issues involving multiple and divergent viewpoints from internal and/or external stakeholders and managing those relationships.
4. Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end procurement, purchasing and contract management policies and processes within NSW Government and Health and overall priorities within this space.
