About the role

The CAPAC Physiotherapist works within the community nursing and ambulatory care multi-disciplinary team, including nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists, to assist people to stay well at home. 

Works with a diverse range of patients and carers, across the health spectrum from prevention to treatment and rehabilitation through individual and group-based programs.
