An exciting opportunity exists for a Pharmacy Courier to join the pharmacy department at Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH).

What you'll be doing

The Pharmacy Courier will be responsible for the transport of medications and medication related items between pharmacy and patient care areas and departments in all areas of the RNSH campus. They also will also provide assistance in the Dispensary and Pharmacy Stores as required.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff, consumers, and members of the public.
  2. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work demands within required time frames.
  3. Demonstrated understanding and appreciation of the importance of confidentiality in the healthcare setting.
  4. Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
