  1. A broad range of clerical experience. Recent experience in a variety of clerical positions is essential.
  2. Ability to type at speed (min 40 words per minute) with accuracy and evidence of such. (Evidence to support same must be produced by applicant.)
  3. Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, work unsupervised and meet deadlines.
  4. Demonstrated high standard of organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and achieve deadlines.
  5. Extensive experience in in the use of computer systems, (Microsoft Word, Excel and database applications) .
  6. Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally with members of the public and staff with a courteous and strong responsive customer focused service and an appreciation of confidentiality.
  7. Demonstrated experience in providing and maintaining excellent customer service.
