About the Role

The NAP and SNAP Data Review Officer is responsible for providing assistance to the Clinical Performance Manager - NAP/SNAP in achieving the organisational objectives of the Performance Monitoring, Systems Improvement and Innovation Unit at RPAH in relation to accurate compilation of hospital activity data for Activity Based Funding (ABF).
 
This position reports to the Clinical Performance Manager – NAP/SNAP and is also responsible for Sub and Non-Acute Patient (SNAP) data reviews and submission, as well as providing assistance with Scheduler review, data quality and updates as required by Outpatient Care Clinics across the facilities for both RPAH and IRO.

Ideal Candidate
 
  • Experience in delivering a high quality administrative service.
  • Knowledge of patient information and administration systems (E.g. Cerner) with attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with well-developed organisational & time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision within an environment which is constantly changing.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, MS Word, etc.).
