We are seeking a dynamic and results-focused Manager of Management Accounting to work closely with the Executive team, driving performance and cultivating strong collaborative relationships. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced leader dedicated to relationship building, service delivery, and fostering team growth and development.


About the role:
As a key source of financial expertise, you will provide high-level strategic advice to the Executive and business leaders on financial implications, policy decisions, and process improvements. You will also support executive decision-making by resolving complex management accounting issues and anticipating changes that could impact service delivery. 

This is a leadership role focused on driving team performance and development, with key responsibilities in stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external partners. You will provide ongoing support and development to your team of three and collaboratively work with other leaders across the business to help drive effective decision making and outcome delivery. 



About you:
Our ideal candidate will be a proactive finance leader with a proven background in developing teams and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Accounting or Business
  • CA/CPA qualifications 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards as well as a record of on-going professional development
  •  A strong background in financial analysis and reporting
  • Proven experience driving performance within a team
  • Experience working with an Executive team, understanding the importance of strong relationships, collaboration and trust
  • Strong expertise in modern ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI analytics
