1. Relevant qualifications in asset, facility or project management or equivalent/ extensive work experience in relevant field or a combination of work and study.
2. Extensive experience in a senior leadership role with a proven track record in implementing and delivering successful outcomes in a large and complex public health environment.
3. Demonstrated understanding of asset management processes and systems, with particular reference to auditing and compliance requirements within NSW Health
4. Proven experience with, and knowledge of, Asset Management Plan (AMP), Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP), Asset Maturity Assessment, and Medical Asset Nomenclature Standard.
5. Superior interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders to achieve optimal business outcomes, including the ability to effectively communicate with executive and operational staff.
6. Demonstrated exceptional organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results within tight timeframes.
7. Current NSW Drivers Licence and willingness to travel to Justice Health NSW business and services locations throughout NSW.
