Selection Criteria:
- Completion of Plumbing Trade course and hold a Current Plumber's License
- Proven ability to work with plumbing systems found in large Hospitals or large multi storey facilities.
- Demonstrated experience in the management of hydraulic and drainage systems including fault finding, repairs and installation.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience servicing and repairing Back Flow Prevention devices (RPZ) and or Completed an accredited Thermostatic Mixing Valve (TMV) course and be experienced in TMV maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a collaborative team with minimal supervision.
- Ability to read and understand Hydraulic plans Safe Work Method Statememnts and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Demonstrated knowledge of Work Health and Safety principles related to maintenance services.
- Current Class C Motor Vehicle Drivers Licence.
