The Role
Manager of an area/section of the Radiation Oncology Department responsible for the daily supervision of the team of Radiation Therapists rostered to the area, ensuring that the unit functions efficiently and in a timely and safe manner.
- Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and expertise of current and emerging radiotherapy techniques and technology.
- Familiar with radiotherapy legislation and guidelines.
- Demonstrate ability to organise staff in the team to achieve their objectives in an efficient and reliable manner.
- Demonstrate a high level of written and verbal skills.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Current EPA licence.
