Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for community-based care? Join our cohesive and supportive Occupational Therapy team at Cessnock Hospital, part of the larger Cessnock/Kurri Allied Health network. About the Role:

  • Provide home-based OT services to clients in the Cessnock and Kurri LGAs, supporting those over 65 and under 65 who are not NDIS-eligible
  • Recommend and coordinate equipment needs, as well as simple and complex home modifications
  • Manage an independent caseload and work closely with external stakeholders like Enable NSW, GEAT2GO providers, and home modification services


What We’re Looking For:

  • A proactive team player with strong communication skills and a knack for organization
  • A quick learner who can advocate for patients and manage caseloads independently
  • Experience in community OT services preferred

  • An eligibility list will be created for future permanent part time and temporary part time vacancies.
