What you'll be doing
The HR Graduate Officer is designed as an introduction to Human Resources Management in the Northern Sydney Local Health District and will include exposure to a range of generalist HR matters. The role is rotational and allows the incumbent to apply their knowledge, develop a broad range of skills and experience diverse work experiences across several teams within the People and Culture Directorate at NSLHD. The incumbent will undertake the management of a range of projects and tasks allocated by the Manager requisite with skills and experience.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

- Holds relevant tertiary qualifications, or nearing completion in Human Resources management or similar at Bachelor Degree level.
- Demonstrated ability to use effective written and verbal communication skills in corporate communication formats; correspondence, reports, emails.
