Health Manager - Emergency Department Simulation Program Coordinator
- Evidence of previous experience and/or tertiary level qualification in management of people, resources and project management with task oriented mindset and attention to detail in a deadline driven environment
- Proven excellence in customer service, preferably within a Health environment. High level of interpersonal skills including the ability to work collaboratively in a team, negotiate needs and management conflict.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, flexibly and adaptability including the ability to set and meet deadlines, to solve problems, be resourceful and to plan, implement and self-evaluate by using well-developed organisation skills and a proven ability to manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, efficiently and effectively as part of a team and contribute to its operation, identifying opportunities to work effectively and advance the quality of training and research provided through technology
- Being data driven in mindset and competent in the use of relevant computer applications including; Excel, Access, Outlook, Microsoft word. Desirable but not
- Experience in management of a finances, budgets and reporting within a professional team
- Understanding of Health industry and the learning through Simulation
- A sound understanding of NSW Health Core Values and ability to maintain confidentiality and follow the Code of Conduct

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course (2 doses) of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). Additionally, as this is a Category A position, workers are required to receive a booster dose three months after completing the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (IM011 immunisation medical exemption form) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.
Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
