The Role:

As the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director People and Culture, no one day will be the same. From managing diaries, to drafting correspondence and engaging with key stakeholders, you’ll be working in an environment that is fast-paced and ever-changing.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring that the Executive Director People and Culture can effectively lead oversee an important and complex service, by undertaking a range of critical administrative, organisational and project based tasks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to) coordinating diary and meeting management, screening incoming and outgoing communications, preparing general correspondence, presentations and reports, maintaining records, and dealing with various internal and external stakeholders.

You will be quick, sharp, and flexible in your approach, while understanding that this is a fast-paced, demanding role which requires you to pivot seamlessly between changing priorities and deadlines.

In addition to your strong technical ability, you will also engage with, and build strong working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior managers and executives. Although you will be required to work independently and autonomously, you’ll also demonstrate strong collaboration, and an ability to work in a highly motivated, cohesive and collegial environment.
