Engineering and Building Services Operations Manager

• Exciting opportunity to lead a large team.
• Lead the building maintenance and engineering management structure within the Lower Hunter facilities, based in The New Maitland Hospital; the position will require travel to other sites, including Cessnock, Dungog, Kurri Kurri Hospitals and other community health facilities.
• Management of departmental budgets and business plans, including documenting and presenting asset management strategies and their development to ensure success for future planning.
• Manage the use of specialist Contractors across Lower Hunter facilities, including developing and managing applicable service agreements.
• The position will participate in the on-call engineering roster.

About you:

• Qualifications within the Building, Engineering and/or Facility Management fields with a minimum 5 years demonstrated senior management experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of applicable Work Health Safety and EEO legislation.
• NSW Driver's License
