About the Role

  • We are seeking an Electrical Tradesperson Level 4 to work within the Mehi Engineering Team, based at Moree.
  • The candidate must be able to demonstrate expertise in electrical equipment maintenance, knowledge of Australian Standards, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
  • The successful candidate will work in conjunction with other trades during daily maintenance work, new projects and refurbishment of existing buildings.

  • Moree is a town in Moree Plains Shire, North West NSW. It is located on the banks of the Mehi River, in the centre of the rich black soil plains.
  • The town is on the junction of the Newell Highway and Gwydir Highways and can be reached daily by train and air services direct to Sydney.
  • Moree is a major Agricultural centre and is home to the famous Artesian Waters, famous for their reputed healing qualities.
  • There is a steady growing population with efficient Hospital and Medical Care facilities, excellent schools and local TAFE making it a must for families and singles.
  • Moree has many great sporting facilities and local community events. Come join our Team! 

About You

  • You will be willing to outreach and support other sites within Mehi.
  • We are looking for someone who is willing to participate in on-call roster.
  •  You will be able to work independently, be approachable, be a team player, and work within policy and procedure.


Essential Requirements

  • Trade qualifications in Electrical and a current NSW Electrical Licence.

Will be provided by Mehi Engineering Manager and Engineering Team.

Salary will be based on the appointment from Level 1 to Level 4 depending on the applicant's relevant training/qualifications.
