The Role

We’re currently looking for a  Drug & Alcohol Nurse Practitioner (Endorsed) to provide specialist assessment and ongoing care of patients with drug and alcohol problems in correctional centres administered by Justice Heath in accordance with best evidence based practice and organisational policies. Travel to correctional centres located across the Sydney metropolitan, outer-metropolitan, and on occasion rural/remote centres will be required.

The position has a strong clinical leadership role and is an integral part of the interdisciplinary team providing Drug and Alcohol (D&A) interventions within the correctional environment.
