Essential Criteria:
Registration in line with Award requirements: AHPRA MRPB registration as a medical radiation therapist
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience with large teams (15+) of direct reports.
- Demonstrated problem solving capabilities, organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to advise and manage resources during major projects.
- Extensive clinical background in all aspects of radiation therapy.
- Experience in rostering large numbers of staff across multiple areas to ensure continuity of service and patient safety is maintained.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and to foster excellent working relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt communication style in order to maintain quality communication with patients, radiation therapists and other health care professionals.
- Demonstrated experience in managing interpersonal conflict and/ or grievances according to WSLHD policy.
