What you'll be doing
Join our team as a Clinical Support Officer (CSO) and play a vital role in supporting nurses, doctors, and allied health staff in a dynamic ward/unit environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with rostering, payroll, and workforce admin.
- Supporting patient care through accurate data entry.
- Managing medical supplies and equipment needs.
- Coordinating meetings and assist with reports.
- Working independently while supporting a busy healthcare team.

Selection Criteria:
- Holds or is willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration
- Excellent communication skills including accurate spelling, good comprehension, confidence in the spoken word and ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in word processing, spreadsheet and database software
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment
- Experience with computerised rostering systems (HealthRoster).
