About The Opportunity
We are expanding- and looking for experienced Clinical Psychologists who are wanting to be part of something transformational. Renal Services at Liverpool Hospital are entering an exciting new chapter. With our dialysis service experiencing exponential growth and our newly established Renal Transplant Service, we are enhancing our forward-thinking multidisciplinary team to support patients, their families and carers, drive innovation, and deliver clinical excellence across the full renal journey. We have two exciting roles available:

  • Clinical Psychologist - Renal Transplant

  • Clinical Psychologist - Renal Dialysis

We are seeking skilled, passionate and motivated Clinical Psychologists to join our renal team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of physical and psychological healthcare- making a real difference to individual, family and carer wellbeing while shaping the future of renal services across the region. In these roles, you will help embed evidence-based psychological care across the patient journey- from chronic kidney disease to dialysis to transplantation. You will conduct assessments, deliver interventions, and contribute to the development and implementation of clinical pathways and models and programs of care that optimise patient outcomes. Supported by skilled clinicians, you will also have the opportunity to lead or contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with other clinicians, helping to define the best practice in renal psychology. You will be part of a vibrant and collaborative multidisciplinary team, all united in delivering gold-standard, holistic care to patients and their families. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of building something meaningful. If you’re a clinician wanting to make a difference clinically, strategically, and creatively- we’d love to hear from you!
