  1. Current Authority to Practice from AHPRA as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience and 3 years fulltime experience in mental health nursing and relevant post graduate qualification, or working towards, at Masters Level.
  2. Demonstrated high level verbal and written skills with ability to network and communicate with a range of internal and external key partners.
  3. Demonstrated expert level clinical expertise and leadership in management of people with complex mental health issues and psychiatric disorders and associated behaviours.
