An exciting opportunity exist for experienced Cerner electronic Medical record (eMR) trainer to join a dynamic team at Central Coast and North Sydney local health districts.

What you'll be doing
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or equivalent demonstrated knowledge and experience working within an eMR education and training role and high-level skills in facilitating learning processes.
- Proven extensive experience in the organisation, development, delivery and evaluation of training syllabi to users of clinical systems and coordination of flexible training programs to suit the complexity, needs and best learning methods of clinical staff.
- Demonstrated understanding of clinical practices and the role of clinical information systems in the provision of patient care including understanding of the benefits that can be achieved by implementing an electronic clinical system.
