About You

  • An agile, initiative-taking and results-oriented People and Culture Business Partner with a proven track record in guiding solutions to address key workforce challenges.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy with the ability to translate it into actionable People & Culture initiatives and operational workforce plans within a complex, fast paced environment.
  • Thrives in building and maintaining constructive working relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, drawing upon exceptional communication and influencing skills to achieve sustainable change.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver impactful results on time and within budget.
  • Passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment for everyone.


About the Opportunity

  • Partner with business leaders and People and Culture specialists to develop and implement strategic People & Culture initiatives that align with organisational goals.
  • Lead and support the design and delivery of a diverse range of programs and solutions to address client needs, fostering a thriving and inclusive work environment.
  • Influence key stakeholders, gaining buy-in and building consensus for People & Culture initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively with People & Culture teams to develop and ensure seamless process and program delivery.
  • Utilise your extensive People & Culture coaching experience to develop leaders with the capability and growth mindset to cut through complex matters and achieve successful practical outcomes and a positive workplace culture
