About the Role
We’re looking for a part-time Administration Officer to join our team, 3 days a week, between Wednesday to Friday. Your work hours will be 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, giving you the perfect balance between career and personal time. Based in our Citigate Office in Wyoming, you’ll be the go-to person for delivering top-notch administrative and customer service support to a close-knit and genuinely supportive team. If you have solid Microsoft Office skills, value working closely with others, and thrive in a positive, team-oriented workplace, this role could be the right fit for you.

About You
You are an experienced administrator with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, exposure to Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and health databases would be highly advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive patient experience.
